Welcome to StrongVisionaries.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our site, placing an order, or engaging with our brand, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the site.

We've written this in plain language because we believe you should actually be able to understand what you're agreeing to.

  1. WHO WE ARE

StrongVisionaries is an independent apparel and lifestyle brand. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to StrongVisionaries. "You" refers to you — the customer, visitor, or member of our community.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases. If you're using this site on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We do our best to display every product accurately — colors, materials, sizing, and details. That said, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and product availability changes constantly.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice
  • Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order
  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we'll issue a full refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for any order placed. If your billing or shipping information is incorrect, your order may be delayed or canceled.

  1. SHIPPING

Orders currently take 7–14 business days to arrive. Every order moves through a hands-on quality check before it leaves us — we'd rather take an extra day than ship something that doesn't meet our standard.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking. Once it's in the carrier's hands, delivery timing is outside our control, but if something goes wrong, we'll help you sort it out.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Full details — including how to start a return, who covers shipping, and how refunds are processed — live in our Return & Refund Policy.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on this site — including the StrongVisionaries name, logo, designs, graphics, photography, written content, and the "We don't perform strength. We build it." tagline — is owned by us or licensed to us. It's protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content or branding for commercial purposes without written permission.

You're welcome to share our content on social media, tag us, and rep the brand. That's the whole point. But ripping the designs, reselling counterfeit versions, or using our identity to sell something else — that's not allowed and we will enforce it.

  1. USER CONDUCT

When you interact with our site, our content, or our community, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other customers, community members, or our team
  • Attempt to access areas of the site you're not authorized to access
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the site
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
  • Post content that's hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or sexually explicit

We reserve the right to remove content, cancel orders, or restrict access for anyone who violates these standards. We're building a community of Builders — people who hold themselves and each other to a higher bar. We protect that.

  1. ACCOUNTS

If you create an account on our site, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure. Anything that happens under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately at strongvisionaries@gmail.com.

  1. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our site may link to third-party websites, services, or platforms (like social media, payment processors, or shipping carriers). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own discretion.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep things accurate, secure, and running smoothly, but we don't guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrongVisionaries, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StrongVisionaries — including its owners, employees, and affiliates — from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

If we make a significant change, we'll do our best to give you a heads up — through email, a site banner, or a community post.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
