Return & Refund Policy

We don't run this like other brands.

Most companies treat returns like a transaction. We treat them like a conversation. When you buy from StrongVisionaries, you're not a customer — you're a Builder. And Builders take care of each other.

Here's how we handle it.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Orders currently take 7–14 business days to arrive.

We know that's longer than the two-day window the internet has trained you to expect. Here's why we hold that line: every order moves through a hands-on quality check before it leaves us. We inspect stitching, print placement, fabric integrity, and packaging — because the worst thing we could do is ship you something that falls apart after one wash and call it a movement.

Fast fashion gets to your door in 48 hours. What you ordered from us takes a little longer because someone actually looked at it before it shipped.

If your order hasn't arrived after 14 business days, email us. We'll find it.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To qualify, the item needs to be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or alterations

We don't restock items that come back looking lived-in. That's not us being strict—it's us refusing to resell something to another Builder that doesn't meet the standard you'd want for yourself.

To start a return, email strongvisionaries@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and a return address.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product. In those cases, we cover it — no questions, no runaround.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives and clears inspection (usually within 3–5 business days of us receiving it), we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds typically land in your account within 5–10 business days after we approve them, depending on your bank.

We'll email you the moment the refund goes out. No silent treatment, no chasing us down.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? Email us at strongvisionaries@gmail.com before shipping anything back. We'll walk you through it directly.

If the size you need is in stock, we'll hold it for you while your return is in transit so you don't lose it.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If something arrives broken, flawed, or it's not what you ordered—that's on us, and we'll fix it.

Email strongvisionaries@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll either send a replacement, issue a full refund, or work out whatever makes it right. You won't pay return shipping. You won't fill out a form. You'll talk to a person.

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items returned without prior email contact
