Shipping Policy

Here's how shipping works at StrongVisionaries — written the way we'd explain it to a friend, not buried in legal jargon you have to scroll past.

PROCESSING TIME

Every order is processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Before anything ships, it moves through a hands-on quality check. We inspect stitching, print placement, fabric integrity, and packaging. If something doesn't pass, it doesn't ship. That's not a slogan — that's the actual process.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Orders currently take 7–14 business days to arrive from the day they're placed.

We know that's longer than the two-day window the internet has trained you to expect. We're holding that line on purpose. Fast fashion gets to your door in 48 hours because nobody looked at it before it left the warehouse. What you ordered from us takes a little longer because someone actually did.

If your order hasn't arrived by day 14, email us at strongvisionaries@gmail.com with your order number. We'll track it down.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises after the fact.

We occasionally run free shipping promotions for The Builders. The best way to catch those is to be on the email list or following us on social.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Give the carrier 24–48 hours to scan it into their system before the tracking page starts updating.

If your tracking goes silent for more than 5 business days, email us. Sometimes packages move faster than the tracking refreshes — sometimes they get stuck. Either way, we'll help you figure it out.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping isn't live yet, but it's on the roadmap. If you're outside the U.S. and want to be notified when we open it up, email strongvisionaries@gmail.com and we'll add you to the list.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout.

If you catch a mistake, email us at strongvisionaries@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it. Once an order has shipped, we can't reroute it — but we'll do our best to help you recover it.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped, but the customer is responsible for the second round of shipping costs.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once a package leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's custody. We can't control what happens between their warehouse and your door — but we don't disappear when something goes wrong, either.

If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it:

  • Check with neighbors and household members
  • Look around the property — porches, side doors, garages, mailrooms
  • Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark "delivered" before the actual drop)
  • If it's still missing, email us at strongvisionaries@gmail.com

If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the product. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

For lost packages confirmed by the carrier, we'll work with you on a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. We're not going to hide behind "not our problem" — but we also can't replace every package without confirmation that it's actually gone.

DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Weather, carrier backups, holiday volume, and unforeseen events can slow things down. We'll communicate if we know about a delay affecting your order, but some things are genuinely out of our hands.

If a delay is on us — a quality issue, a fulfillment error, anything within our four walls — we'll tell you. We'd rather be honest about a slow week than make up an excuse.

HOLIDAYS

We don't ship on federal U.S. holidays. Orders placed during a holiday window may take an extra 1–2 business days to begin processing.

During peak seasons (Black Friday, December holidays, major launches), shipping timelines can extend slightly due to volume. We'll post updates on the site and across our channels when this happens.

A NOTE ON THE WAIT

We know patience isn't the easy sell. Most brands promise speed and deliver junk. We promise quality and ask you to give us a little time.

You're not waiting on a package. You're waiting on something we actually stood behind before it left. That's the difference — and once you have it in your hands, we think you'll get it.
