the middle is the space between who you were and who you're becoming — the ongoing, unglamorous work of getting there. Volume 001: The Middle is our first collection, named for it.
what's a "volume"? when does the next one drop?
instead of seasonal collections, we release numbered Volumes. Volume 001: The Middle is live now. future Volumes are announced to the email list and community first — never quietly restocked or discounted.
my snow-washed piece doesn't look exactly like the photo. is that normal?
yes — that's the point. each snow-washed piece (The Storm Hoodie, The Still Here Tee) goes through an individual garment-wash process, so no two pieces come out identical. the wash pattern you receive is unique to your piece.
how do i care for a snow-washed piece?
machine wash cold, inside out. tumble dry low or hang dry. no bleach. wash with similar colors — the wash is part of the piece, and gentle care keeps the pattern and structure intact longer.
how do i find my size?
every product page includes a size chart with chest, length, shoulder, and sleeve measurements in inches and centimeters. pieces are true to size with a relaxed fit — size up for an oversized look.
do you ever put things on sale?
no. drops are cultural events, not inventory clearances — we don't run public discounts or site-wide sales. when a Volume sells out, it's gone.
how long does shipping take?
orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. every order goes through a hands-on quality check before it ships.
what's your return policy?
returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. email strongvisionaries@gmail.com with your order number to start one.
